Dave Lloyd was raised in Grant County and attended Eastbrook Schools while growing up. He and his wife, Mandy attended Cincinnati Bible College where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. During college, Dave served at LaFontaine Christian Church and McGuffey Church of Christ as part-time Youth Minister. After graduation, he served two years at Antioch Church of Christ in Manassas, VA as their Children's Minister. He joined the BCCC staff here in August of 2005.

Dave and Mandy have one daughter, Mya. She was born in November 2004 and brings much joy to the family.
